The Regional Scrum Gathering™️ Stockholm 2024 will be held at the beautiful Ericsson Global Headquarters in the middle of Kista Science City.

Kista Science City is a place and an innovation cluster for ICT, where business, academia and public actors came together in 1986 to make the region a world-leading center for electronics research. The innovation cluster is the largest in Europe and the third largest in the world: someone calls it the nordic Silicon Valley.

Kista Science City has the Kista district, a suburb north Stockholm as its core. Kista Science City is home to the well-renowned Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan (KTH) ICT branch, as well as the Department of Computer and System Science at Stockholm University, where approximately 7,000 students study. Some of the large companies established in the area are Microsoft, IBM and Ericsson. In total, over 2000 ICT companies operate in Kista Science City.

How to get there

If you travel by public transportation, the location is easily reachable from central Stockholm by metro (Tunnelbana station: Kista) or train (Pendeltåg station: Helenelund). You can find more info at SL.se, the local public transportation company in Stockholm.

Uber, Bolt, and taxis are also available.
